Core Service Level Agreement
Camden’s Schools’ IT Support Services (hereafter SITSS) offer a traded service providing full technical support for school networks and for recognised hardware and software in schools. The staff are also able to advise on future developments which schools may wish to make in their IT infrastructure. In addition, support can be offered to school management on the best use of administrative systems to support their work within the school and to enable them to produce all statutory returns for the Dept. for Education (DfE) and Camden.
The level of support offered ranges from a fullymanaged service offered to primary and special schools to various bespoke packages available to secondary schools; there is also a website development service.
Through the SITSS ICT Procurement Service, we offer advice to schools on hardware, software and services. The benefits of using the SITSS ICT Procurement Service which utilises the aggregated Camden purchasing contracts with various approved suppliers, enables us to pass on the savings that are available.
For a full brochure with all the details to our services, please check at your school office. If your school office has not yet received a brochure, then you can request one via the help desk.
