Thank you for using our online call logging system. In the call description field, please be as detailed as possible including room names or numbers and where applicable and please provide the EIT number/s of equipment used.
EIT Stickers can be found on every PC and if you supply us with the EIT number, it can help process requests or faults more efficiently.
You may also want to include screenshots to help illustrate your fault or query. Please note there is a file attachment limit size of 7mb.
