Service Level Agreement
L.B. Camden Schools’ IT Support Service (‘SITSS’)
is pleased to submit this Service level agreement (‘SLA’)
for an iPad Support Solution for Camden Schools.
SITSS is a fully traded service providing full technical support
for school networks and recognised hardware and software in schools.
Staff can advise on future developments to IT infrastructure; support school
management to make the best use of administrative systems
to support their work within the school and produce all statutory returns.
The level of support offered in this SLA is in addition to the existing SITSS
more general support SLA and is only offered to schools that have already taken up that SLA.
